1. Introduction Welcome to Coffee is blind ("we," "our," or "us"). By using our app ("App"), you agree to comply with these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use this App.

You must not have been previously banned from our platform.

You must comply with all applicable laws and regulations.


3. Account Registration

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

You agree to provide accurate, truthful, and updated information.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.


4. Acceptable Use You agree to:

Use the App for personal and lawful purposes only.

Respect other users and refrain from harassment, hate speech, or abusive behavior.

Not impersonate another person or misrepresent your identity.

Not use the App for commercial, spam, or solicitation purposes.

Not upload harmful or illegal content (e.g., explicit images, copyrighted material).


5. User Content & Conduct

You are solely responsible for the content you post.

We have the right to review, remove, or restrict content that violates these Terms.

By posting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your content.

Users can report other users for violations of these Terms of Use, including but not limited to harassment, hate speech, fraudulent activities, and inappropriate content.

Reports can be submitted through the in-app reporting feature or by contacting our support team at support@coffeeisblind.com.

We reserve the right to investigate reports and take appropriate action, which may include warning, suspending, or banning accounts that violate our policies.

We may share information about reported users with law enforcement or other relevant authorities if required by law.

We do not guarantee action on all reports, and decisions will be made at our sole discretion.


6. Subscription & Payments

Some features may require payment for premium services.

All purchases are final and non-refundable unless required by law.

We may change subscription fees with prior notice.


7. Termination & Account Suspension We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that:

Violate these Terms of Use.

Engage in fraudulent, harmful, or illegal activities.

Are inactive for an extended period.


8. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

Coffee is blind provides a platform for users to connect, but we do not guarantee matches, relationships, or successful interactions.

Users are solely responsible for their personal safety during meetups or interactions with other users. We disclaim any liability for any physical, emotional, financial, or psychological harm resulting from user interactions.

Users are solely responsible to take necessary precautions when meeting in person, such as meeting in public locations and informing trusted individuals about their plans.

We do not conduct background checks or verify the authenticity of user profiles. Users should exercise caution when interacting with others.

We do not guarantee that suggested meetup locations are safe, open, or operational at the time of the meeting. Users are responsible for verifying these details on their own.

Coffee is blind is not liable for any physical, emotional, psychological, or financial harm resulting from the use of the app.

Any reliance on information provided within the app is at the user’s own risk.

We are not responsible for third-party links, services, or content that may be accessed through our app.

Our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.


9. Fraud Prevention

Users must not misrepresent themselves or create fake profiles.

The app is not responsible for fraudulent activities conducted by users.

Users should never send money or share financial details with others on the app.


10. Third-Party Services

The app is not responsible for the content, security, or policies of third-party services or links.

Users interact with third-party services at their own risk.


11. User Data & Privacy

Users consent to data collection and usage for improving app functionality.

Users can request deletion of their data at any time.

The app implements security measures, but users acknowledge that no system is 100% secure.


12. Dispute Resolution

Informal Resolution: Before pursuing legal action, users agree to first attempt to resolve any disputes with the app through good faith negotiations by contacting our support team at support@coffeeisblind.com.

Legal Proceedings: If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, users retain their right to pursue legal action in accordance with Ontario law, including the right to participate in a class-action lawsuit where permitted by law.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction: These Terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Ontario. If the company’s headquarters are relocated outside Ontario, the governing jurisdiction shall be updated accordingly in these Terms without any further notice.


13. Indemnification

Users agree to hold the app harmless from any legal claims, damages, or liabilities arising from their actions on the platform.

The app is not liable for any disputes between users.

Users assume full responsibility for their interactions.


14. Changes to the Terms We may update these Terms periodically. If changes are significant, we may notify you via email or in-app notifications. Continued use of the App after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
