Promotion Rules
1. Introduction
These rules govern the Coffee is blind Campus Rep Program and the $50 USD Giveaway promotion. This promotion is valid only for residents of the United States and Canada. By participating, you agree to these rules. Coffee is blind reserves the right to modify or cancel the Promotion at any time.
2. Campus Rep Program ($100 USD)
2.1 Overview: One student per college or university campus may participate as a campus representative to promote the Coffee is blind app.
2.2 Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years old and currently enrolled as a student at a college or university. Only one rep is selected per campus.
2.3 How to Apply: Send a direct message (DM) to @farofa_theaussie on Instagram with the text "BLIND DATE REP" plus your college/university campus name. Only one rep per campus will be selected.
2.4 Earning Structure: Campus reps earn a flat $100 USD upon reaching 50 valid signups. No partial payments are made — the $100 USD is paid only when the 50-signup goal is reached. A signup counts as valid only if: (a) the user's location is within 50 km (31 miles) of your campus — location determined by user's self-reported location when they sign up — and (b) the user's profile is complete. Valid signups are counted as new users added to the baseline number recorded when you are officially accepted as a rep. We will provide you with access to a campus map so you can track your progress toward the 50-signup goal in real time. Upon acceptance as rep, we will share the baseline user count for your campus (via DM or email). (e.g., If your campus map shows 20 users when you start, you reach your 50-signup goal when the map hits 70). Payments are issued via PayPal, Interac e-Transfer, or crypto (XRP, DOGE, BTC) within 5 days of goal completion. Crypto payments are at the current market rate on payout day; recipient is responsible for providing wallet and address. Reps must promote ethically and in compliance with Instagram's terms (no spam, fake accounts, etc.). Payment terms and verification of signups are at our sole discretion. No additional payment will be made beyond the $100 USD.
2.5 Responsibilities: Reps must comply with our guidelines. We reserve the right to remove any rep who violates these rules or engages in misleading or inappropriate conduct.
3. $50 USD Giveaway
3.1 How to Enter: To enter the $50 USD Giveaway, you must: (1) Like the designated post; (2) Share the designated post on your Instagram stories; (3) Follow @CoffeeIsBlind.
3.2 Eligibility: Open to individuals 18 years of age or older. One entry per person. Void where prohibited by law. Not sponsored, endorsed, or administered by Instagram.
3.3 Winner Selection: Promotion closes on April 8, 2026. One random winner will be selected from valid entries. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. Winner will be notified via Instagram DM; public announcement on @CoffeeIsBlind and @farofa_theaussie Stories within 7 days after close.
3.4 Prize: The prize is $50 USD (or equivalent in local currency). No substitution or transfer of prize. We reserve the right to verify eligibility before awarding the prize.
4. General Terms
This promotion is valid only for residents of the United States and Canada.
We are not responsible for lost, late, or misdirected entries or for technical failures.
Participants must comply with all applicable laws and Instagram's terms of service.
We reserve the right to disqualify any participant who violates these rules or engages in fraud or abuse.
By participating, you agree to release and hold harmless Coffee is blind and its affiliates from any liability arising from participation in the Promotion.
